Hi, and welcome to my blog! This is my very first blog experience. All of the technology used for the assignments at FSO have been new to me. I am beginning to feel a little more confident in my ability to work with technology. One of the reasons that I chose FSO is because I needed to have the learning experience of technology today. I am looking forward to continuing my learning experiences and getting with the technological world of today.
I recently had the chance to spend 3 days at an Eleanor Burns Quilting Retreat with my mother, and the barn wall quilt you see above was one of the projects that we completed. This was one of the most fun learning experiences I have had. It was extra special, as I got to share this experience with my mother.
One last big learning experience is my CBR. I have chosen Motivation as my "big idea" for my CBR. I will specifically be looking at attendance to online tutorials from home internet by students in an Algebra class. I always had difficulty with math homework, that is why I have chosen this particular CBR. Here is my CBR site link if any of you are interested. Cheryl McGovern-CBR http://web.me.com/mcgoverc
"Month 4 TMD" Stay tuned for more info!
Cheryl, you will continue to build the confidence you are feeling as you move through the next nine months. The juxtaposition you have created here bridges the gap between traditional and future time. Quite intriguing and wonderful to see how we can embrace tradition and the future so fully.
ReplyDeleteI love that quilt piece you made, can't wait to see it with the farm animals.
